These terms govern your access to and use of essential small everyday tools provided by ToolsMaxFit. By placing an order or scheduling a service, you agree to these terms.

2. Services

ToolsMaxFit offers on-site or remote installation, repair, and maintenance of essential small tools. All service appointments are subject to availability.

2.1 Cancellations and Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule a service appointment by contacting us at +14164339924 or via our contact form. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the appointment will receive a full reimbursement to your original payment channel within 7 business days. Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before the appointment will receive a 50% reimbursement due to staff and resource allocation. Appointments canceled within 24 hours are not eligible for any reimbursement because of pre-assigned technician schedules. Rescheduling is permitted without any fee if requested more than 24 hours before the appointment.

3. Information Products

ToolsMaxFit may offer digital guides, manuals, and video tutorials related to the use and maintenance of essential small everyday tools.

3.1 Access and Reimbursements

If you have not accessed or downloaded the digital content and request a reimbursement within 14 calendar days of purchase, we will process a full reimbursement to your original payment channel within 10 business days. After you begin access or download, the content is considered delivered, and no reimbursement is possible due to the nature of digital delivery.

4. Goods

ToolsMaxFit also sells physical tools and accessories through ToolsMaxFit.com.

4.1 Eligibility for Reimbursement

If a delivered item is defective or does not match its description, you may send it back within 30 calendar days of receipt in its original packaging and condition. Upon inspection, we will issue a full reimbursement to your original payment channel within 10 business days. Customers are responsible for shipping costs when sending products back, unless the item was damaged or incorrectly shipped. Replacements for a different model are available under the same conditions.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, ToolsMaxFit and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect or special damages arising from your use of services, products, or digital content.
